To our community: Due to the continuing COVID-19 crisis, YAP will continue online classes for the remainder of the 2020-21 season, running from February 21 through April 11. We will reevaluate a return to in-person instruction in early Summer, when there will hopefully be more information available from public health officials regarding the safety of such a move.

We are proud to announce that the online portion of season will be continue to be completely free of charge. The sessions will be held via Zoom on Sunday evenings and will start at 5:00 pm for all ensembles, and their length will depend on the age group. For detailed information about the new program, please visit this link.

Greg Robbins, former YAP executive director and conductor, will manage this online music education program as Director of online education. The online courses are available for all groups, and feature a robust combination of seminars and guided sectional rehearsals taught by YAP conductors and guest artists. Students will also take part in weekly virtual sectional rehearsals, which will culminate in a final live streamed event in November. We will be providing additional information about the program ahead of its official announcement later this month.
